- Set in monotype Garamond printed on handmade Amatruda paper and bound by Smith Settle of Otley. Richard Shirley Smith decorations [line drawings including cover and five chapter heads, one repeated]. Edition of 220 copies, 50 of which have been specially bound, signed by the editor, and numbered in Roman numerals of which this is copy XXX/50. Quarter blue leather binding with decorative printed boards; blue binding cloth clamshell box. Libanus Press prospectus laid in.
