- The drawing shows a black and white bird on a branch wrapped in a vine. The Latin name is given as Emberiza Regia. It's unclear what bird the name refers to; its modern equivalent is not native to Brazil (Vidua regia). Bottom of page: "began and finished in 45 minutues."
