Forbes has transcribed Bible verse in Latin, Ecclesiastes 43:36, beginning, "Pauca hac vidimus operum Dei," with a paraphrase from poet Mary Knowles (1733-1807) below, beginning, "But few, tho' wonderous are the works we see that manifest the hidden Deity."
