Bound in quarter red roan and marbled boards.
Manuscript inventory of the belongings of William Nugent Comyn (1768 or 9-1833), compiled by him on July 8, 1822. The volume comprises a detailed room by room inventory of his properties in London, including the attics, servants' rooms, parlors, kitchens, and pantries, &c. At the end of the inventory there is a "capitulation of the plate in the four houses."
"In case of my death my leases of the above houses, together with my leases of No. 15 Bury Street, St James, and of my house, Guy Earl of Warwick Court, will be found deposited at my bankers, Messrs. Hodsoll and Stirling Bankers, Strand, together with my testimentory disposition of my property."--Title page.
