An album of late 18th century British poems, ballads, and verse addresses, all neatly cut-out from contemporary newspapers or literary magazines, and neatly (densely) pasted across 120 pages. Some of the poems are anti-Napoleonic, or verses celebrating British victories by Nelson (and others) against the French, and several appear to be separately issued.
