A translation from the French, apparently from the Relation des voyages et des découvertes que les Espagnols ont fait dans les Indes Occidentales...Amsterdam, 1698. The English work, following the French, contains abridged translations of the following tracts of Las Casas: Breuissima relacion de la destruycion de las Indias (p. 1-104); Lo que se sigue es un pedaco de vna carta (p. 104-114); Entre los remedios (p. 114-138); Aqui se cotiene treynta proposiciones (p. 138-149); Aqui se contiene vna disputa, o controuersia (p. 150-160); Este es vn tratado...sobre la materia de los yndios (p. 160-184); Entre los remedios [apparently another version] 8p. 184-248).
