- The 192 maps are printed on 164 sheets. Maps are printed across facing pages, folded at the inner margin, with letterpress descriptions printed on the opposite side.
Translated by W.B. (i.e. William Bedwell?), whose initials appear on the third leaf recto.

According to Skelton, the edition was probably not sold before 1608.
The engraved maps were probably printed in Antwerp at the Officina Plantiniana. Letterpress text, including text printed on versos of the maps, was probably printed at Eliot's Court Press, London. See: Skelton.
