BAC: British Art Center copy: Dated 1712 on invoice. Dark greyish-green roan-sheepskin; tooled in gilt and blind stamped on front and back covers and spine, gold lettering on spine, all edges gilt, pink place-marking ribbon. Spine height: 2 3/4 inches. In brown quarter morocco, and green cloth slip-case; with well inserts, gold lettering on spine. Slip-case, circa 1712. Title-page, 1 wood cut in text. Spine height: 5 3/4 inches.
