BEIN EEdea 675P: Imperfect: engr. t.p. mutilated. Three maps bound in upside down.
The plates comprise: a frontispiece (engraved by Wenceslaus Hollar, after Francis Barlow); a map of England and Wales; and 100 strip maps. All of the maps are double plates.
The second issue: no dedication leaf to Archbishop Gilbert; the catchword '132' on D1r; four leaves of text for the "Of the City of London. The introduction," compressed from seven leaves in the first issue; strip maps numbered from 1 to 100.
