Pt. 2 has "Printed by Henry Fry, No. 5 Worship Street, Moor-Fields". Pt. 3 has imprint "Printed by Joseph Cooper, Bow Street, Covent Garden". "One number will be published every three months, Price Five shillings. Proof Impressions, seven shillings and sixpence" at foot of front wrapper of each pt. Pt. IV lacking back wrapper.
