Four page advertisement for S. & J. Fuller, preparers of superfine water colours, 34, Rathbone Place, London. The advertisement has, on p. [1], a full page wood engraving of the interior of their shop, the Temple of Fancy, giving a very detailed depiction of an early nineteenth century shop interior. The illustration originally appeared as an aquatint circa 1820, but has been re-engraved here with different figures and the addition of gas lighting. The text provides details of artists' supplies (including watercolors and black lead pencils), a list of sporting works and prints published by S. & J. Fuller, and a list of works on the art of drawing published by S. & J. Fuller.
