"This book has been printed in Great Britain and published for subscribers by Christopher Sandford at the Golden Cockerel Press, 123 New Bond Street, London, W.1. It has been designed and supervised throughout by Sir William Russell Flint, R.A. The water-colour paintings and the crayon drawings have been reproduced in photo-gravure by Bemrose and Sons of Derby, and have copper plates from which they were printed have been destroyed. The text in Pastonchi type, has been set and printed by the John Roberts Press, London. The edition is limited to 550 numbered copies. Numbers 1-150 have been bound in scarlet morocco by Sangorski & Sutcliffe, and are accompanied by eight extra plates. Numbers 151-550 have been bound in quarter morocco by Mansell."--Colophon.
