A catalogue of a most valuable collection of Oriental manuscripts : the property of a Gentleman, late in the East India Company's Service, and collected by him at great expence in Bengal : consisting of the most celebrated poetical and some are historical works in the Persian language, richly illuminated and embellished with miniatures : specimens of calligraphy, and books of high-finished miniature paintings, illustrating the mythology, the modes of music, and the costume of India : which will be sold by auction by Mr. Christie, at his Great Room, Pall Mall, on Thursday the 9th March, 1809, at twelve o'clock.
