Document signed by Benjamin West and three Inspectors of the Royal Academy certifying that the parcel of prints received at the customs house is not intended for commercial use. It reads: "Kings Warehouse Customs, London. These are to certify that we have received one parcel containing eighteen prints belonging to and imported by Mr. George Lewis, student and exhibitor in the Royal Academy, for his sole use and improvement in the Arts, and not for sale or by way of merchandise in this country." It is stamped with a wax seal of the Royal Academy. The three other signatories are Richard Eales (as Assistant Surveyor of the King's Warehouse), Augustus Wall Callcott, and William Mulready.
